Victory in Namibia

Aaliyah, one of the girls from Christ's Hope Ministry CarePoint in Rehoboth was recently selected to represent Namibia in an athletic competition in Botswana. This was a very big deal. She was very excited, but soon started crying as she realized she didn't have money for track spikes. She lives with her mother, a widow, and they are very impoverished. But Aaliyah believes in prayer!

Gerhard’s mother and father had died of AIDS. He was sent to live with his aunt, but she really didn’t want him, so this poor young boy in DR Congo had spent his days wandering the streets.
